These terms govern your use of meetresonant.com, operated by Resonant Partners LLC (“Resonant”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Client engagements and creator partnerships are governed by separate written agreements; where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

The site describes our agency services, hosts our creator roster, and lets you contact us, apply to the creator network, or book a meeting. Content on the site (including statistics and market commentary) is provided for general information and is not professional advice.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach or probe security, no submitting false or misleading information through our forms, and no use of the site to send spam or unlawful content. We may block access that violates these rules.

The site’s content, design, and branding belong to Resonant or its licensors. Creator names, photos, and credentials appear with their permission and remain theirs. You may not reproduce site content commercially without our written consent, other than fair quotation with attribution.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and past campaign results referenced on the site are not a promise of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resonant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts located there.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
